Relax • Rebalance • Restore
My name is Nicola (Nikki) and I am a proud mother of three beautiful daughters and happily married to my incredible husband. Before qualifying as a reflexologist my career was formerly as an air stewardess for a number of years and latterly as an administrator in a busy private school.
Following a breast cancer diagnosis in 2022, I became even more conscious and aware of the power and importance of looking after your health and wellbeing. I felt the benefits from complementary therapy whilst receiving treatment, which sparked a desire in me to change my career, retrain and become a reflexologist where my aim is to offer a deeply relaxing treatment in a safe, calming environment.
I work from my tranquil home treatment room that I proudly created myself as well as in two further locations, one being the dedicated treatment room at eterna wellness lab located in East Grinstead and the second being at the Lingfield Osteopath Centre based in Lingfield, Surrey.
I trained with the Maureen Burgess School of Reflexology based in East Grinstead where I gained an SEG Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology for Wellbeing. I am a full member of the Association of Reflexologists (AoR) and a member of the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).
I am fully insured and hold an Emergency First Aid at Work certificate.
I am committed to broadening my knowledge and skills by undertaking continual professional development (CPD) which is a requirement of membership to the above organisations.
Reflexology is a complementary, non-invasive therapy which is based on reflex points on the hands or feet, which when pressure is applied to specific points, encourages the body to balance and heal itself.
The reflex points mirror the organs and structures of the body as well as a person's emotional health.
Treatments are tailor made for individual requirements. The body is treated as a whole and areas of imbalance will be worked on further to work out the crystal deposits that may not be allowing the body to work at its maximum efficiency.
Benefits of reflexology are vast and include helping a person relax, helps the body cope with stress, improves the circulation of both blood and lymph which can all in turn improve sleep and promote overall wellbeing.
Reflexologists do not diagnose.
Here are some ways Reflexology can support you:
Deep relaxation
Restores natural balance
Improves sleep
Supports chronic health conditions
Supports circulation & nutrient flow
Eases tension & stress
Promotes overall wellbeing
Helps manage perimenopause & menopause
Your first appointment will be an initial consultation which involves a health and wellbeing questionnaire followed by a reflexology treatment. This first session takes around 75minutes and costs £60/£65 dependant on clinic location.
Further treatments take approximately 50minutes and costs £45/£55 dependant on clinic location. If you would like extra time and focus on a particular reflex area this will incur extra fees.
